Your New Home: Introducing TeslaHouse Coop

Sick of paying rent? Ready to own something but feel like it’s out of reach? Looking for a community where you can live with like-minded people and have real community?

WHO: This is for you if you’re a full time ride share driver who wants to drive a Tesla and needs a place to live. We have a unique rent to own setup where you’re building equity in the car as you’re driving it.

WHAT: We offering private rooms in shared houses where you can also earn equity in the house, including profit sharing in the house.

WHEN: We have rooms available now in the north Denver (Northglenn, CO) area and are working to put additional houses in the network. Sign up for our email list to be notified when we’re in your area!

WHY: Because housing is too expensive, renting forever sucks, and people thrive with a community of like minded friends! So we want to solve all three of those problems.

The Community TeslaHouse Coop is more than just a place to lay your head at night—it’s also a vibrant community made up of like-minded people who are passionate about their work and life. We house people who want to live sustainably and build equity in their living arrangements. We pair groups of roommates by living preferences and schedules. We’re building a national network of houses with Tesla Solar Roofs, Tesla backup battery walls, and Teslas with on-premise charging station.

The Benefits of Living Here We understand you. Our co-founder has 11,000+ trips in personally and has also driven in everything from 2005 VWs to Escalade Hybrids to top of the line Teslas. He knows the power of engaging people and maximizing Lyft/Uber strategy for maximum income.

After 6 months as a renter in good standing, you’ll be invited to join the coop as a member. Membership entitles you to part of the house’s profits, which you can either take in cash or use to buy ownership in the property.

Our house has onsite laundry, an extra fridge/freezer, a huge backyard with a covered porch, outside eating area, high end grill, and play area.
